A distinguished leader with over 32 years of extensive experience across education, training, operations, and business development. She holds PG Diplomas in Marketing Management and Human Rights and is a Goldman Sachs–sponsored alumna of the prestigious ISB Women Entrepreneurs Programme. Pooja has demonstrated exceptional leadership as a School Principal and as the Head – Eastern U.P. Operations for Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training, where she led large teams, strengthened operational systems, and drove significant organizational growth. Renowned for her strong training expertise, people management skills, and strategic operational insight, she now leads Oyster HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as its Founder Director, driving its vision in training, placements, and corporate services.
Preeti Singh
An MBA (HR) graduate from the University of Allahabad with 15 years of extensive experience in recruitment and operations. Associated with Oyster since its inception, she has successfully led large-scale manpower projects across India and internationally. Her expertise spans end-to-end recruitment, training operations, client engagement, PAN India trainer empanelment, faculty mobilisation, and content development.
