Oyster HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was established in Mumbai in 2011 by Pooja Krishna, with a vision to work closely with organisations and understand the people and workplace need that influence their growth, performance and effectiveness.
From its early beginnings, Oyster has evolved through changing organisational needs and diverse engagements. What started as a focused people-solutions venture gradually expanded through experience across corporate, government, education, healthcare, NGOs, CSR initiatives and other organisational environments. This journey has helped us develop a practical understanding of the different people, workplace and institutional contexts in which organisations operate.
Growing Together
Oyster’s journey has also been shaped by the people who have grown with the organisation.
Preeti Singh joined Oyster in 2012 as a fresh graduate, at an early stage of the company’s journey. Over the years, she grew within the organisation, taking on increasing responsibility and developing her expertise through experience. In 2015, she became a Director of Oyster HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Her journey reflects a belief that continues to be important to Oyster: when people are given opportunities to learn, contribute, take responsibility and grow, they can become an integral part of an organisation’s journey and its future.
Today, Pooja Krishna and Preeti Singh bring complementary experience and perspectives to the leadership of Oyster, shaped by years of working with people and organisations across diverse environments.
Evolving with Organisations
As organisations and workplaces have changed, Oyster too has continued to evolve. Our experience has taught us that no two organisations are exactly alike. Their people, culture, priorities, challenges and aspirations are different and meaningful solutions need to reflect that reality.
We therefore look beyond the immediate requirement to understand the larger organisational context and the outcome an organisation is seeking. This enables us to bring together experience, expertise and practical understanding to create solutions that are relevant, purposeful and aligned with organisational needs.
